Tabs & connections

Open loaded site in a new tab ⌘+T
Right-click saved site → Open in new tab right-click
Close active tab ⌘+W

Search & navigation

Focus filter for the active pane ⌘+F
Exit filter / search mode Esc
Go up one folder ⌘+↑
Refresh current pane ⌘+R

Selection

Select all ⌘+A
Extend selection Shift+click
Add / remove one file from selection ⌘+click

File operations

Rename Enter
Delete (with confirmation) ⌫
Copy / move / rename via context menu right-click
Edit remote file in your editor ⌘+E
New folder ⌘+Shift+N

Bookmarks

Toggle bookmark on current folder ⌘+D
Open bookmarks menu ⌘+B
